1. Acceptance
These Terms govern access to and use of BluPass, BluPass Agent, the BluPass token service, update delivery and related support supplied by Bluishgen (“BluPass”, “we”, “us”). By purchasing tokens, installing the software, registering a website or using the service, you agree to these Terms for yourself and the organisation you represent.
2. The BluPass service
BluPass is a WordPress customer-support system designed for compatible VTUpress-powered websites. It may provide customer chat, transaction-linked complaints, team inboxes, agent access, mobile notifications, customer rewards, withdrawal workflows, reporting and token-based access.
BluPass does not fulfil airtime, data, cable or electricity transactions and does not control third-party provider responses. Those services remain the responsibility of the website operator, VTUpress and their vendors.
3. Website and staff accounts
You must maintain accurate registration information, protect administrator and agent credentials, remove former staff promptly and assign only necessary permissions. You must not expose private service secrets or API credentials. You are responsible for communications performed by your staff through BluPass.
4. Tokens, pricing and payment
BluPass uses service tokens. A token charge normally applies when a new eligible support conversation is created, using the rate of the token bucket from which it is deducted. Replies inside that conversation are not intended to create repeated conversation charges.
Available packages, prices and rates are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. Payments may be processed by Paystack and are also subject to its terms. Tokens are digital service credits, are not legal tender, have no cash value and may not be transferred between unrelated registered websites without approval.
Complimentary tokens
We may provide complimentary onboarding tokens to an eligible newly registered website. Promotional tokens are non-refundable and may be withdrawn where registration is duplicated, abusive or fraudulent.
Refunds
Except where required by law or where we confirm paid tokens were not delivered because of our unresolved technical failure, completed token purchases are non-refundable once any associated token has been consumed. Contact Bluishgen promptly with the Paystack reference for a disputed delivery.
5. Customer data, privacy and security
The website operator controls customer and transaction information processed through its installation and is responsible for privacy notices, lawful processing, retention and data-subject requests. BluPass may transmit limited operational data to configured services including the private token server, Paystack and OneSignal.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You must maintain WordPress, hosting, plugins, backups and credentials responsibly and avoid placing unnecessary sensitive information in chat.
6. Third-party services
VTUpress, WordPress, Paystack, OneSignal, Android and hosting providers are third parties. Their availability, policies and changes are outside our control. Compatibility may be affected by third-party updates, custom code or server configuration.
7. Updates and support
We may publish fixes, security improvements and feature releases for registered websites. You are responsible for backups and appropriate testing. We may end compatibility with obsolete or insecure versions of WordPress, PHP, Android or third-party software.
Support does not include repairing unrelated themes, plugins, hosting faults or unauthorised modifications unless separately agreed.
8. Acceptable use
You must not bypass token accounting, falsify a domain, extract or share service secrets, redistribute BluPass without permission, interfere with the service, probe for vulnerabilities without written approval, use BluPass unlawfully or infringe another person’s rights.
9. Intellectual property
BluPass, BluPass Agent, their branding, source code, design and documentation remain the property of Bluishgen and its licensors. Installation grants a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the software for the registered website under these Terms. Ownership is not transferred.
10. Availability and liability
BluPass is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, third-party notification delivery, resolution of customer transactions or third-party performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluishgen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data, customer claims or business interruption. Aggregate liability connected with a claim will not exceed the amount paid for BluPass tokens during the three months before the event giving rise to that claim.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend token services, updates or registration where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, security risk, chargeback, legal violation or attempted circumvention. Where practical, we will provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using BluPass at any time. Deactivation does not automatically delete local records; use WordPress and your retention policy to manage them.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms for product, legal or operational changes and will revise the effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
13. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Parties should first try in good faith to resolve disputes directly. Questions, payment references and legal notices may be submitted through bluishgen.com.ng.
